Last Friday, MVE attended the grand opening of The Arthur @ Blackstone, a project spearheaded by the Fresno Housing Authority. This development transformed the former location of Arthur’s Toys and AJ’s Tuxedo Shop into an affordable housing complex.

The Arthur will provide 41 units for low-income residents, with half reserved for transition-aged youth. MVE is proud to have served as the land surveying and civil engineering consultant, contributing to the expansion of affordable housing in California.
