MVE is progressing with the River Grove Apartments project in Oakhurst. Our senior civil engineer is currently evaluating Sierra Way’s offsite improvement plans to ensure adherence to local regulations, optimal traffic flow, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
The 120-unit affordable housing community will be nestled comfortably between Oakhurst Elementary and the Fresno River.
