Sunrise Mall // Citrus Heights, CA
MVE is currently working with Nadel Architects on the Sunrise Mall revitalization project. The Sunrise Mall consists of 1.2 Million square feet of retail space and is home to major retailers such as Macy’s, JcPenney and Sears.
The revitalization efforts will include the demolition of 9,000 square feet and the addition of approximately 77,000 square feet of free standing retail space surrounding the perimeter of the mall property. This additional space will feature restaurant, retail and banking pads.
MVE is serving the project as the engineering and surveying consultant. MVE is assisting with the entitlement process, performing an ALTA Survey, Boundary Survey, Topographic Survey, Parcelization and Monumentation. Additionally, our Engineering staff is preparing grading and drainage studies, along with the entitlement approvals. Upon entitlement approvals, MVE will prepare civil improvement plans for grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and domestic water systems.
