Balboa Park is a 152-unit condominium community located in north Turlock, California.

The condominiums, which opened in 2004, generated a tremendous amount of interest, forcing the developer to utilize a lottery system for potential buyers.  The community features a clubhouse, pool and spa.

MVE was hired as the primary engineer and surveyor on the project, preparing condo plans, cost estimates, storm water pollution prevention plan, grading plans, on-site and off-site improvement plans, tentative and final maps and construction staking.

One of the area's premier apartment complexes, Brooks Landing provides six buildings of luxury rental units, along with a community pool and recreation center.

MVE worked alongside Brooks Landing's developer on the civil design and surveying of the property.  MVE assisted with ALTA surveying, lot line adjustment processing, storm water pollution prevention plan, improvement plans and preliminary cost estimating.
