Campus Pointe is a 50-acre mixed use commercial development located at California State University, Fresno adjacent to the Save Mart Center Arena.

The Master Plan includes a 14 screen 2,700 seat cinema, 200,000 s.f. of retail, restaurants and office space; apartments, student housing, work force housing, senior living, and a Hyatt Place Hotel and Event Center.

MVE provided full civil design services not only for the on-site portion of the project but also for 1.5 miles of road widening off-site and adjacent to the project site. MVE prepared Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimates (PS & E) for over 10,000 l.f. of Domestic Water System Improvements ranging in size from 6" to 14" for the City of Fresno and California State University Fresno (CSUF).
