Kirk has 34 years of experience in Project Management, Planning, Engineering and Surveying and brings a multi-disciplinary thinking and strong collaborative process to all projects. He has worked on a variety of public and private projects and brings attentiveness to the "larger picture context" as well as the intimate details that are necessary for a successful project. Kirk is responsible for daily company operations, assuring that customer expectations are being met and that quality results are being attained.
Cathy DeLaMare

Cathy has over 20 years of experience managing public relations, legal interests and human resources. She is responsible for orientating new personnel, managing the benefits and insurance programs, public relations and managing the human resources department.
Sean Tobin
Senior Vice President, Engineering / Project Management / Office Survey 
Sean Tobin has over 23 years of experience in project management, surveying, engineering, design, project feasibility, entitlements, land planning, zoning and construction administration. He has managed numerous public infrastructure projects requiring multi-disciplinary management and oversight with construction budgets ranging from $5 million to $100 million. He has successfully managed over 1,000 projects in his career. Sean’s current responsibilities include overseeing the operation of the Project Management, Engineering and Office Survey departments within the company.
