Kirk has 34 years of experience in Project Management, Planning, Engineering and Surveying and brings a multi-disciplinary thinking and strong collaborative process to all projects. He has worked on a variety of public and private projects and brings attentiveness to the "larger picture context" as well as the intimate details that are necessary for a successful project. Kirk is responsible for daily company operations, assuring that customer expectations are being met and that quality results are being attained.  

Cathy DeLaMare
Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary

Cathy has over 20 years of experience managing public relations, legal interests and human resources. She is responsible for orientating new personnel, managing the benefits and insurance programs, public relations and managing the human resources department.

Sean Tobin
Senior Vice President, Engineering & Project Management 

Sean has over 23 years of experience in project management, engineering, design, project feasibility, entitlements, land planning, zoning and construction administration. He managed numerous development projects in which he oversaw and performed QA/QC to ensure that deliverables satisfied performance requirements and the projected schedule was maintained. Sean’s current responsibilities include overseeing the operation of the Project Management, Engineering and Office Survey departments within the company. 

Rob Christensen, PE
Vice President, Engineering

Rob has more than 12 years experience and has been involved in a wide variety of Civil Design projects for municipal, residential and commercial projects. Rob's experience includes: grading and drainage design, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, storm drainage basin design, sanitary sewer layout and design, water system layout and design, and road layout and design.
