Medical Benefits include five medical plans, along with dental and vision, from which to choose. MVE provides a $50 monthly allowance to all full-time employees; spouses and children may be added to the medical plans at our group rate.

Flexible-Spending Accounts are available to lower taxable income by setting aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible child care and medical expenses not covered by our plan.

Paid Time Off includes 10 days for each full-time employee. After seven years, employees receive 15 days. MVE will pay you for any unused time after the first quarter of the new year.
